Great branch, and bank in general! The staff here are very friendly. They remember your name, and they are also very helpful! Would highly recommend doing business with them!
Worst experience ever with a bank!! They took money out of my account could not tell me where it went and also charged me overdraft charges on account when money was in my account and that costed me over a thousand dollars then they closed my account and tried to keep my money!! It took forever to get it all straightened out and to get my money back I will never bank with this bank again and the ladies in the price office the worst ever they simply would not help at all when money came up missing out of my account I tried yalking to the lady and of course I'm going to be upset a thousand dollars is not just pocket changes to me and because I was a little upset she said I was raising my voice and I told her ma'am I am trying to be as patient as possible but you not being willing to do ur job is really starting to irritate me so can I get ur supervisor she tells me no and then I asked if I could have a number to anyone higher up and she refused I hope other ppls experience was better then mine cause I will never bank at key bank again!!!
