Their writing is not evidence of trying to speak to me or solve the problems they caused. This is just an advertisement from them to appear as if they are a reputable organization. The man who ran from employee to employee asking if they had removed and not replaced my grill promised he had a video, he would review, and be it that showed it was on the vehicle at arrival he would call and ask where I wanted the replacement sent. He is the individual in the office photo, I have not heard from.

Confident I will be buying it myself after all he participated in the decision to try to convince me to purchase four new tires at more than the Yokoyama company advertised them for and a lower mileage, and it would have only taken them seven days from, u gotta have them to, installation. Must was gonna have them made in Japan and shipped by slow boat and brought overland by wagon train.

There are workshops to avoid doing business with and this is one I would recommend u avoid. So sad to have been there.

Today is july eleventh. While they would be looking forward to hearing from me soon that information was not communicated to me. No call, no text or gmail did they send to me. They called to tell me I needed four new tires which would take them seven days to install from the day they called. They called after I sat waiting two hours for them to finish up and found they had all gone to lunch.

Had a great experience getting our 2018 Dodge Ram 2500. They went out of there way to make sure we were happy with our purchase.

Be not dismayed this organization is apparently full of scammers who will over charge u and waste you're time and rob u of pieces of you're vehicle. It is not within my best judgement to allow u to walk blindly into a den of thieves. Save yourself from having parts of your vehicle go missing in this shop. Buy you're tires somewhere else, they will be cheaper and have a longer mileage warranty. Additionally you will not still be waiting for the human in the picture to review his video and determine if you're grill was there when you bought the vehicle in for service or maintenance. By the way how many of you have to look at you're post to determine that one who had your machine wants to make up for their failure. Find others to repair your vehicle your life and that of others are on the line. Today is July eleventh, an I am still suffering the sorrow of having work done at this den of thieves

I took my car there on the 21fts of June when they said it would be ready on the third of July I thought the night mare of absence was coming to an end. No such thing, the bumper level grill was missing when my car was returned. They had charged me a thousand to replace a a/m fan assy, lower c'member assy brackets upper radiator mounts, and installed line for a/c. However the bumper grill went missing. But after running around for half an hour getting assurances from his work men he announced he was to busy to review a tape which would convince himself it was not attached when the vehicle arrived. So i, a non resident of Utah will be absent my grill until he decides it was there on arrival and sends me a replacement or I buy one myself.

Our experience started with one phone call to the dealership to inquire about a beautiful RAM 3500. They were so friendly and helpful over the phone we just had to drive down to check it out. Never once did we feel pressured or annoyed by the sale of our truck. We highly recommend AutoFarm in Price, UT! Thank you Justin and Jim for providing us a stress free purchasing experience on our truck!!

The best part of buying our new car at AutoFarm was dealing with Jeff Cisneros. Jeff was so willing to talk to me on the phone. He tried to get as much accomplished before we drove the almost 3 hours as he could without us actually signing on the dotted line. the Jeep was already for us and he greeted us when we arrived. After taking the Jeep out for a test drive he sat in it with us and went over the features we have not previously had. I would recommend AutoFarm if you want to be treated like you matter and are not just another sale. Thank you Jeff!
