We waited for 15 minutes after they opened to get the process started. The lady was late. We needed to get out of town by a certain time, but we were set back because the employee couldn't make it to her job on time.

4. Grumpy, unprofessional representative running this location.
I was finally able to get ahold of someone, but they only have one person who works here and I don't know how she does it, being that they are supposed to pick up people when they rent but they don't forward the phone calls to her phone
Good luck getting ahold of them. For 2 days I have been calling, no answer. Their corporate office was supposed to have them contact us to get a rental since our car was totaled, but they have not contacted us. Could just be enterprise the problem is with.

1. Wrong vehicle (5 seater vs 7 seater are not "similar models" if you ask the two people riding in the trunk).
