I can't even begin to say how amazing Dinosaur Tire is. I bought tires from them back in March and had one of my front tires blow near Fillmore. We put on my spare which also blew. We called Brandon and he took care of everything without a thought. We had a mechanic put on two used tires to get us home; however, in Beaver one of the used tires that was put on blew as well. He then spent multiple hours calling people to try and get us off the side of the road. Eventually he got someone kind enough to help us out. Brandon then paid for two brand new tires for the front of my car and the roadside service fee because of my tire warrenty. Dinosaur Tire truly goes above and beyond!
After getting a flat tire at work, I dropped by Dinosaur Tire without an appointment. They got my vehicle in quickly and had the tire fixed fast. Per my request, they also looked into some other issues my vehicle had been having. After fixing one issue and referring me for another, I was back on the road! Bill was especially helpful in this process. Dinosaur Tire has a very friendly team that was easy to work with.
I am giving this a two because we got our car done at this shop and you would've thought that they knew what would be wrong with the car, well I knew a strut was wrong you can feel a strut, but the lady mechanic kept saying it was the body she really does not know what she is talking about, bad part is they were just by the strut and didn't even notice it was bad, went to the tire king where they actually looked at it, and looked at what dinosaur tire JUST did and noticed it WAS the strut, I don't know much about cars but having so many bad strutted cars in my life I know when one is bad, and it is very very bad, I just won't go here anymore because of this one bad mechanic, could be other bad mechanics just being under the car and not knowing that it was bad just really scares me, and tire king charged me half the price that dinosaur tire did!! I hate leaving a bad review but it is the truth
We got surprised with a flat tire on the last leg of our 4,000 mile road trip the Friday before a holiday weekend. They treated us with nothing but kindness and helpfulness and squeezed us in on an already extremely busy day. While we won't be back because we live 6 hours away, they made a lasting impression and we would recommend them to anyone, a local or someone in our same situation. From what we saw with they treat everyone with honesty and kindness! Conveniently within walking distance to restaurants, a museum, and they also have free wifi if you do end up having to spending some time there!
Great small town service! They really try to make you feel like family. I just got a great deal from these guys! I would definitely recommend them to any one!
