I had a crown put in by Dr. Jackson. He took great care to make sure the crown was perfect and even sent the first crown back because it was mediocre and not to his level of quality. The entire time he was concerned about price and still made sure the best materials were used. I was only in Price for about 6 months while serving an LDS mission but I have never had such a great experience at a dentist. The guy is really top notch in his field and works hard to please each customer.
My family and I have always had great experiences at A Perfect Smile. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I recently decided it was finally time to fix my crooked smile, that for years, I had been very self conscious about. I wasn't too sure how I felt about getting braces as an adult, however, I was given several different options for treatment and ultimately went with six month braces. I felt that they were willing to work with me to find something that suited my situation and thankfully my wallet. I am currently wearing a retainer but the braces are off and I am very pleased with the results! Through this whole process, Dr Jackson and staff listened to and answered all of my (many) questions with patience and concern. Also, my children (5 and 7), actually LIKE going to their appointments. I think that says a lot!! I really do feel that they sincerely care about their patients.
I just had a cleaning with the hygienist, Misty, and had a great experience. She has a very happy, caring personality. The staff were kind and professional. I also had the 20 minute whitening done which brightened up my smile. I would recommend Dr. Jackson and his staff to my friends and family.
Dr. Jackson has been wonderful to work with since we moved to the area 4 years ago. If you have a dental emergency, he has always been willing to squeeze me in to help get me taken care of. I like using him so much that I refer my friends to see him, and I never have to worry about the great service they will recurrent.
