My front end rack and pinion was replaced on my 07 ford mustang and was well done. No problems and great work. Quality takes time and saves money.
Never take anything there
After I picked up my vehicle from their shop I found the bumper had been damaged. I tried repeatedly to get a hold of the owner (Bob?) but never did. I was told they didn't know what happened and left me to deal with it myself. On top of that I had problems with the transmission they put in my vehicle. Awful all-around experience with this shop and left with a big bill for the body work on top of an expensive transmission replacement!
Poor service and took four months of back and forth plus $1600 now im stuck with a transmission that wont shift and has no threads on the back. They will try to get out of doing warrantee work
Bob/Kevin is one of the most honest person i ever met. Not only he delivers quality service but he is also trustworthy. In other places, they would figure out how to rip you off and make money out of your car repair, what's crazy with Bob/Kevin is the opposite. He would first figure out how much is your repair cost and will give you options so you could arrive in a wise decision. What's really good with him is he will give you an estimate (with options) before repairing your car. Sometimes he would just check my car and if there's no repair he would not even charge me for his check up.
We were given a detailed list of the repairs and cost on our transmission on our 1999 Dodge 3500 before work was begun. Another explanation was given for any other problems we might consider for the future. All pricing was fair and they are my definite 'go to' for our vehicles.
Honesty is hard to come by with auto mechanics, but Bob/Kevin has them in spades. He is the best. Hands down, the best.
