Rose is unreliable and cannot be trusted to accomplish simple tasks.

They do a great job as a cleaners, BUT, do not take any clothes to this shop to be tailored. Long-time employee, Rose, will offer to do the tailoring. She lies. She took 11 days before admitting she had not yet finished tailoring a a pair of pants and a the sleeves of a jacket. When told that we were leaving town and needed the clothes back she went on a camping trip and told us it wasn't her problem.
