Jan Price is very friendly and is very knowledgeable. The quality of her products is very high. However, she is very slow. Five weeks to repair one ring is too long. She send my wife's wedding ring up to Provo to be fixed, and then acted like it was no big deal that it was taking so long. Her excuse was that she had not been back up to Provo to pick it up. If I had known how long it was going to take, I would have skipped the middle man and taken the ring to Provo myself.
