Bad experience in every way. Called and waited for about 5 min before I could talk to anyone. I then asked for a quote for a windshield, but they wouldn't tell me the price unless I told them my name. I told them and they still wouldn't give me a quote unless I have them my phone number. I told them I just want a quote and you don't need any information to tell me the price of a windshield. He argued with me for a long while telling me that if we get disconnected he would need to call me back etc. also said that any other place I call will ask for the same information. That was BS. I called 3 other places and all 3 gave me a price over the phone without giving them any info.
