Very disappointed with my experience at the Walmart vision center in price. The billing department didn't bill my insurance provider correctly. I went in several times to resolve the issue and was treated very rudely. The customer service representative in the vision center was very rude and not willing to listen to my concerns. The customer service representatives in the other departments are fantastic and I will use Walmart for other goods and services but I will never use the vision center again.
