Husband is in Icu right now has been for a couple of days and the car he has gotten has been great! Professional, friendly, and caring. But the cafeteria is another story. Love the food they serve but it is no longer open on Sundays not to say it would serve visitors if it was. I work during the day so I was hoping to come and have dinner with my husband at night, bit no they do not serve visitors dinner. Way to make your patients family members feel better and comforted

Son broke his arm this weekend. Took him in to the ER. They have redone it! It is very nice and clean. They had a special room for kids that made my son comforted. There were people that came in with a stuffed animal for my son which he loved. Everyone treated us well. We got in and out very fast which is crazy for a holiday weekend.

If you can avoid this place then please do. Your just a number here. The nurses are more interested in gossiping, the doctors don't really care, billing is a friggen joke, and you will end up in the waiting room for hours. Literally, you could be bleeding to death and you will have to wait for 3 hours before a Dr will even see you. It is so depressing how this place has monopolized this small community because it is too difficult for some people to go over the mountain. Whoever is in charge needs to take a closer look from the patients side of things. I could go on and on but there is no pointing in wasting that kind of time on a place that won't try to better itself or even treat people decent. It's really sad. Go at your own risk. ICU and the ER are super scary so try to go to a different hospital if you can at all help it.

Marginal customer service at best. The staff could really use some training in customer service and compassion (what you would expect from a hospital). Spend the extra money and drive over the mountain. My insurance spent 15K for an MRI. The room was freezing, Couldn't/didn't even get a pair of socks and had to ask for a blanket. Spent 3 1/2 hours in the machine and kept wondering why it was taking so long, the two individuals in the other room had "other" critical information to discuss. Requested to discuss level of service with patient advocate. While discussing this personal issue a family member (not mine) or friend barges in and takes over the conversation. I shook my head and walked out in amazement, so much for privacy.

I took my son here for an ear infection. Was seen within 3 minutes. Doctor and staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and nice.
