I have been at Park dale for 2 month now. First impression of the staff is very good. They are friendly and very kind to the residents. The Residents are friendly and look clean and well taken care of. It is a nice quiet environment for them. They all seem to enjoy there time here. I walk by and look in the rooms and they all appear clean and in order. I have enjoyed my time here and plan on being here for awhile it is a nice clean environment. The building smell and looks clean. The Administration is awesome, Very Accommodating. Management is very friendly and helpful. The nursing staff is friendly and accommodating. The CNA 's are friendly and help the residents out at all times.
The staff are friendly, inviting and have genuine concern for the residents. The recreation department offers meaningful and purposeful activities to keep the residents active and engaged. I love the community outings they offer including culture connections, art festival, international days and other local community events.
I have frequented Parkdale Health and Rehabilitation to visit with residents and all seem very content . The atmosphere is clean, airy and inviting with plenty of natural light. The activities director goes above and beyond, giving the residents many opportunities and activities. I've had multiple residents say, "if I can't be home, this is the next best place". I would entrust my loved ones in the capable hands of the Parkdale Health and Rehabilitation team.
I really love Parkdale and there new management. A lot has changed since I worked there years ago. I would not trust any facility with my grandma but them. We had to transfer my grandma many times to find the perfect care for her and Parkdale by far has the best care. I strongly encourage others too visit Parkdale Health and Rehab. There is not a better place to put a loved one for recovery. Love the kind staff and friendly faces and they care about the residence privacy when it came time to help my grandma.
I love Parkdale. The nursing staff is very caring. Therapy staff really knows what they are doing and there are always fun activities for the residents such as going to the local animal shelter.
