First off, we had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel- TERRIBLE. We ordered a medium New York strip that came out WELL DONE. The veggie came out cold and the fries were burnt. Although the spinach dip we ordered came out cold as well, we eat a little bit of it. The waitress was very nice though. The card keys for our room would not work so we had to get new ones. (We have a 3 month old baby whom was ready for bed after a very long 700 mile trip. That's why this was a problem.) the room was freezing when we entered and the heater didn't work very well. Took about 45 minutes to warm up. And while unloading our luggage, TWO employees stood at the front desk watching as I struggled to get the cart up the curve. And laughed about it instead of helping me. Also, there are stairs to get to the room we were in so I had to carry ALL of our luggage down the hall to our room. But, our room has nice beds and interior. We will not be returning.
Free wifi and it's pretty good.
Good rooms. Comfortable bed. Free breakfast and it's not bad. Ample parking space. Staff is helpful and friendly. Near US 6 highway.
This is a good example of you get what you pay for. A decent hotel, aged, that is $50 less than the Holiday Inn next door. Not a lot of amendedies but a decent sleep no less.
We're able to get a room at the last minute. Friendly , quiet , comfortable beds. Able to bring pets , with a $25 pet fee. There is a little area designated for pets to potty. Waffle makers , looked like great breakfast selections , but not a lot for vegans. Great views of the mountains. Thank you for a great stay Ramada
Indoor pool was good. Its an older hotel most likely built in the 80s. It has been renovated and is nice. Clean rooms, nothing fancy...but comfortable beds. Friendly staff and good free breakfast.
